Co-Partners and friends, Lindsay Salgado and Nichole Monroy, started Harlow Events & Design Co in 2019.

Lindsay is a dedicated mom to three kids and a proud Firefighter Wife. She loves all of the organizational details, is an absolute perfectionist, and is skilled in engineering our decor.
Nichole has always had a passion for art, event planning, and design. She does a phenomenal job of conceptualizing the finished project and doesn't stop until it's perfect. She is supported by two daughters and an amazing husband.
